Simple Drippy Nail Art Tutorial

There are a couple of different ways to create this design. I’ve chosen to do it using a dotting tool. But it could just as easily be recreated using a toothpick. Or you could paint the drips using the nail polish brush. I’ve based this design on one created by Chalkboard Nails. Check out the link at the end of this tutorial.
