Pastel Silver Studded Lines Nail Art Tutorial

For this nail art design I improvise a little, after realizing that sponge technique did not have the dramatic result I was looking for. In the end, I like how this design turned out. I has a sort of art grunge look to it, with the colors overlapping a little across the lines!
