Snowy Water Marble

Steps:

-Starting out with clean, dry nails apply your base coat
-Use Ginessa as your base color
-(Optional) Protect around your nails with Simply Peel and/or tape
-In your cup of water, create a bullseye using all 4 colors
-With your orange stick, draw in your design, then carefully dip your nails
-Clean off the surface and slowly pull your fingers out
-Remove protection if used and clean up around the edges
-Finish with top coat!
